Once the tipping point hits in a couple of years where digital passes physical it will be just like the Steam situation on PC. some of the nice benefits should be smaller cheaper gaming consoles and hopefully more competitive digital pricing. |
That will happen as early as next year. The NX will be the first major step toward the inevitably digital future for traditional consoles.
