Eh too much messing about, but the long and short of it is this, 

Will be a special article on the 3DS title, with a small section with Eiji Aonuma discussing the untold story of a WiiU version which is currently under development, to welcome in the 30th anniversary of Zelda in 2016.

The problem is the famitsu page does not specifically mention Zelda U, it mentions a "WiiU Version" after talking about the current 3DS title which could easilly mean a WiiU port/build of the current 3DS title.

it doesn't however mean that the famitsu issue will 100% not have any news of Zelda U, just that the mention of 2016 Zelda is in reference to the 30th anniversary, not a specific game, and the overall wording (In Japanese) seems specifically designed to cause that mixup, likely to build anticipation and boost sales of the magazine prior to its release, wouldn't be the first time Famitsu have done it and won't be the last.

I'll just buy Novembers famitsu the day it comes out and translate the actual article instead.
