Why is censorship still a thing..? Especially in US?

If movies like 50 shades of nudity can launch in the US, then I think the public will be ok with some underwear on fake girls, in an adult video game. 

I can't really say on the situation with 50 Shades of Grey since I don't know anything about it. Perhaps nudity fits with that story, or seen generally in a negative light. Whatever the creators or people in charge of decide to do, that is up to them.
