What really made the Playstation Vita a failure? (I DON'T GET IT!!)

1.) The majority of people don't want a handheld that is basically just a portable version of what they already have hooked up to their TV.

2.) The majority of handheld sales are of the under 12 demograph... IE... the Pokemon demographic.

3.) Smart phones.
