Nice thread! Horror is my favorite genre and I'm just now getting into good horror games. I'll have to venture back and play the classic RE and Silent Hill games someday as well as Fatal Frame. Fragile Dreams was so good, btw!
Action-Horror:
RE: Revelations 1 and 2.
Dead Space 1 and 2. 3 is Ew.
Survival-Horror:
Amnesia: Dark Descent
Monstrum
The Evil Within (not all-out scary, but definitely creepy as shit!)
Outlast (my favorite so far)
Daylight (actually liked it, despite the poor reviews)
Next up: Alien Isolation and Until Dawn. 
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
