But I agree. Nintendo need to be more open with their IP's. I mean cross media here of course. 

I don't think that would be an issue at all. Nintendo has some of the most valuable IP in the world, and Neflix is currently lacking in many valuable IP for their platform. If Nintendo went to Netflix and said that they wanted to release shows bases on their biggest IP exclusively on the platform, Netflix would have a heart attack and then say yes while convulging on the floor.
