Hmm interesting idea. Netflix could very well be that next step in getting Nintendo's IPs out there. Though as others have said in this thread getting the shows on other platforms like Hulu and Prime should be considered as well.
However that might prove to be tricky since I can see Netflix wanting the exclusive rights to the shows since they could prove to be lucrative for them. In the end, if Nintendo was made to pick just one I would advise they go with the one that has the biggest audience. And I'm going to hazard a guess that it's Netflix.
Man thinking about all this makes me excited at watching a Zelda, Metroid or Super Mario show. Or even a Pokémon show! (Oh wait)
