People do complain a ton about memory cards though, it's just a bit more managable with deleting as you go. Most digital only titles usually aren't huge as well.

But almost every wiiu game can easily fit on the console without any memory card option at all. Even in the 8 GB model you can still fit Super Mario 3D World, Splatoon, Captain Toad and Super Mario Maker in the same system, a 16GB game on WiiU is not the standart and still fits easily on the 32GB models, and if you happens to have the 8GB model (God knows why...) you can find quality 16GB pendrives for 7$, wich is far from the cost of Vita memory cards (45$ for 16GB)

Comparing vita memory to USB Mass storage is false equivalency, its an entirely different format and about as fair/accurate as comparing the price of a 2tb desktop hdd to the price of a 250gb USB flash drive.

Also you can pick up a 16gb vita card for $35 or less at a lot of places.
