I think if they drop the price this year, it will likely be after Halo, heading into the holiday season. A lot of people will buy Xbox One's for Halo, why give up that profit?

Clearly Microsoft expected a Sony price cut - they'll have a plan in place.

Exactly. I expect a price cut around tomb raider or fallout 4 release. Plus that makes it only two weeks before black Friday and parents will be hungry for deals for Christmas. Doing a price cut now would be pointless.
