Is The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes going to be the lowest scoring Zelda game?

Well actually, without including the ports of the NES games on GBA, it might very well be.

It won't go as low as AoL's GBA score, but I agree it'll have a hard time matching FSA current lowest score of 86. It doesn't exactly seem to be worth much more anyway either.
