In china you can get all fruit pizzas. Some are very nice, some aren't. Certainly better than a lot of standard Chinese pizzas.
Anyway. Chinese fruit pizzas consist of the base, no tomato (Chinese pizzas never have any tomato!) a range of fruit and normal pizza style cheese on top. The cheese and fruit go well together.
The quality of these pizzas vary and the quality isn't necessarily expressed by the price. Some seem like they're mainly filled with jam and are mediocre to my mind. Others are packed with a range of delicious fresh fruit. Things like apples and blueberries are what I'd tend to look for but quite a range is variable.
