And I would say that 99% of consumers in any market, not just gaming, are absolutlely nothing like you. Most people don't buy games because "it looks good on theif shelf."

99% of the consumer also only buys liike 2-3 games a generation. It s the 1% that is the hardcore collector that spend $$$$ on games which are limited edition etc. and pay a 20%-50% premium just because it is. Without physical games you have cut out a big revenue sources that pays more.
