What's with the Autoplay Video ads?

I've only noticed it lately, but Edge on my laptop shows that VGChartz keeps on making videos play in whatever tab I opened it on. This doesn't happen on my phone, so I'm assuming this is run with Flash.

It makes my laptop lag while typing, so please consider removing them and replacing these ads with something lighter on the bandwidth and processor. And not using Flash.
