Those who pre-ordered The Halo 5 bundle or the Halo 5 limited collectors edition get early access to the game. 

They do that for almost every bundle with a digital copy of the game, wheter you get early access or not.

They do it so you have time to download the game before launch and be 100% ready when it get released.
