Hmmm.. I don't know.. Part of the fun in Far cry is that you can choose how to get rid of the enemies.. Guns blazing, stealth or like me, get stuck on a mountain and snipe from your impossible to reach position.. This feels kinda limited.. How far can you throw a spear?
