Easy choice for me.
A link to the past is still unbeatable. Such a gorgeus game. Huge world full of things to do, lovely design and when you think it's over boom! Dark world and you have a whole new world to explore. It was mindblowing for me and it still is.
Then it would be Links awakening. I played the hell out of it on the original gameboy and then I replayed it in gb color. I loved the story and the characters.
The oracle games and link between world were also great. Zelda is my favorite series of all time every game is good. Even the ds games xD
