My 2 year anniversary of my fitness Journey, time to admit I dun fucked up these last few months. That's it, I'm eating clean, every meal for at least 2 weeks straight. Just bought a bunch of food, anyone got any recommendations on cheap meal prep containers?


Chicken and rice and some sort of green, fish and rice with a green, whole grain pasta with sauce, steak and potatoes.... Well that's my meal plan anyway  

 

Honestly if you are preparing the food yourself it will already be cheaper and healthier than any food you buy that is all ready to go. Play around with combos and see what you like. Consult the food guide if needed
