Because the eshop will be used on the NX whole sale and seamlessly, unlike the prior marketplaces. The NX will launch with the full Wii U, and likely select 3DS, library of eshop titles from the get go. It will carry over. PSN didn't have the PS3's library of digital games when it transitioned to the PS4. The NX will. And it won't be some half assed work around like Wii mode on the Wii U which didn't even have retail digital games at launch. It will be the full library accessible from the main NX eshop day one, from retail to indie. None of the other guys did that, and it would have been an absolute game changer for the one who did if they did.
