They sent a C&D letter and he complied, the BS thing is that the pokemon company didn't stop there, they continued to go after him for damages. Crazy thing is $4k is a tiny tiny percentage of the total cost of this litigation, so not only have they created negative PR, it's cost them way more than they get out of it.
