There was nothing about the New 3DS that should have convinced existing 3DS owners to "upgrade" and I could be mistaken here since I no longer track the 3DS, but if Nintendo is currently marketing the 2DS as their budget model and the New 3DS XL as their NA market flagship portable, they should be able to stop producing the original 3DS and 3DS XL. |
Considering the Dolphin version of Xenoblade Chronicles is so far superior to the N3DS one, which isn't really much of an upgrade over the Wii one, I fail to see any reason to upgrade as well. Not that I own a 3DS in the first place, but still I've got to agree
Nintendo rising the price with the N3DS though is the kicker for me. Really, raising the price of an old, dying console that was outdated tech the moment it hit the market? Gotta be Nintendo!
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
