Don was the solution, the Xbox team was the problem.

Well Don was part of the problem because he lead the team and when phill took over hes taking the team in a different direction. Phill is focusing on games so they can build up the first party, and hes still giving support to tv and stuff with the recent kinect bundle and  the dvr annoucement from gamescon. He foudn a way to make a perfect mix of entertainment and gaing which was something DOn couldnt do.
