(this is the main opstical, how cheap are they willing / able to make their gamepad, the cheaper the better).

(its not viable to use 100$ on a controller when the competiton is useing like 15$, and release a console that performs the same at the same price)

why do you mention something that never happened? cry all you want, the gamepad was never that expensive.
