Probably not, but I also didn't think it would happen with Spider-man.  Especially with the face of their franchise leaving, Fox could use a boost.  Letting characters appear in two movies could be mutually beneficial.

And, as much as Marvel has tried in the comics, they haven't been able to make Inhumans a thing.  Without massive changes to the Inhumans, they're not going to be anywhere close to a replacement to the X-Men.  Humans are a weird race that are way closer to aliens than they are to humans.
