of course. And this is a good thing for both Ps3 and 360. So developers will target them and not the Wii. But this doesn't change the fact that one of the two can be much more successful, but in this case hardware features are important.

Did you read NJ5's thread about how the 360 and PS3 have basically tied, and how this was the final result for the generation?  Looking at the number's, it's a very compelling read.  It's very likely that the 360 and PS3 will have a smaller gap, percentage wise, over the next three years than they do right now.  If the PS3 manages to gain more momentum and pass the 360, the gap will continue to shrink for probably another 18 months before it is closed, then it will widen slowly (in the PS3's favor).  There may be another 6.5 million unit cap in the future, but 40 vs 46.5 million, for example, isn't a very big gap at all.
