Sure, but that doesn't answer my quesiton on why there are so confident about it, especially after the Wii U's terrible performance. 

Imagine that the NX sells just 60 million units. Even if that's the case, Nintendo would be able to double their output on a decent userbase. Imagine that WiiU games sold in an userbase similar to the 3DS, they would have numbers like the 3DS. That alone is a huge difference.
