Forget human rights.
Most places of employment have some sort of discrimination / bulling / bubble wrap from being sued policy that covers items such as racism, physical and verbal bullying, sexual orientation, religous discrimination and disabilities.
What she did was discrimination and ironically she can't get fired because of the same policy which a court would find that she was unfairly dismissed based on discrimination of her religious beliefs. So political correctness wins again lol.
You would think common sense would trigger in her head and she would change jobs where her beliefs are not compromised.
