60 fps with 1080p with these graphics at this scale is not possible on last gen hardware. And even if you take the lowest resolution that Halo 5 renders at, it is not possible to do so.

I'm willing to bet that it's at 1080p less than half the time (given it's constant 60fps framerate)

I definitely think 720p at 30fps with the same textures is possible on 360. I can't really say that about games like Arkham Knight, The Crew (with the same functionality), Bloodborne, Driveclub, Sunset Overdrive etc.

It will be higher than many last gen games most of the time which weren't often above 720p.

You can think whatever you want about the game but in no way is it possible on 360 because of the amount of ram used combined with what has to be computed. Add to this that areas are way wider and more "open" than Halo 4 was at any point. Yes, Halo 4 looked very good on 360 but it had to cut corners to do so.

Guess what: Even the 720p ugly looking Dead Rising 3 wouldn't even be remotely possible on last gen due to the stuff that is happening on the screen. It doesn't look good? Sure. But that doesn't mean that it is computationally so light that it would be possible on last-gen.
