Yeah...that's a fair point. 1-3 and 11-13 seem to be more popular than the middle entries. I just have far less attachment to the characters from the original games than with Jill, Mia, Ike, etc.
I suppose this will be one of those cases where I'll be compelled to purchase DLC, just get characters from my favorite entries. Fingers crossed they include more in the main game though.
