Yes, but then again those can be argued. Let me use an example with Ocarina Of Time. World class orchestras have put on shows with their music, (Z) lock on targeting revolutionized the way 3D games are played, it was one of the first full 3D open world adventure games ever, It's story is considered timeless and one of the best in gaming.

Only the last  can be argued, but still it is widely considered true.

Minecraft has...... Popularity... Clones.... As I said, but so does Flappy Birds, and toaster simulator.

Yeah, not only can it be argued, I wasn't aware people praised Zelda for its story. That's not why people play or like Ocarina of Time. Your music point is a result of  popularity. Every game can be beaten down if you want to nitpick enough.

Considering the unquestioned love OOT receives on almost every list, that's not what I'd complain about.

I think of it like this, Minecraft is on the list for a lot of the same reasons that Pokemon makes these lists. Neither are very deserving on their own merits, but get there based on their cultural impact.
