That is an awful argument. TLoU focuses more on the story, so it'll be more impacted by taking away the story. Just tell me which game is the best when they have all they have. No point in comparing MGSV without cutscenes to TLOU without cutscenes, cause we can compare the full experience of both, including everything. That's what matters. Not how good it is when you remove important stuff, but how good it is when it has everything that it does.
