What is the typical prices / sales found on X1 digital store?

So in deciding to buy a Xbox One this November, I also plan on going all digital.

Does MS Store have a good amount of sales?

Do prices drop similar to retail? i.e. Can I get a game that was $60 a month or so later for like $45?
