I am pretty sure most people have a windows 10 PC that can stream X1 through the XBox app but that is irrelevant as the XB1 doesn't have the Processing capablity to run splitscreen so the PC would have to take the load for it's side because if it's streaming that means XB1 is doing the work which it can't do or it would.
