Those aren't actual installations, unless there's a patch involved. I forgot what the term for them is, but you can delete them when your done with the game, and if you ever pick it up again, your PS4 instantly reinstalls it. I think it's just for performance reasons, though I honestly don't know. Either way, I've had the same 500 GB PS4 hard drive since my purchase on Day 1, and I have had no space issues. I simply delete the games I'm done with.
