Sonic 3 & Knuckles Suite Act 2

Unlike the previous Sonic inspired levels I've done so far, this one does not feature multiple pathways or routes. This level is inspired from the Flying Battery zone and Hydrocity Zone (no water lolz). Maybe if they ever get water blocks to put in none underwater levels, I could do something more with the Hydrocity theming.
