Jay is just a terrible coach, Jon should come out of retirement and show him a thing or two, that guy was a great coach and could probably help turn the Washington franchise around. Too bad Gibbs and his team had to come back and mess it all up and then they put an idiot like Jay in charge. I don't know what the hell Dan Snyder is thinking, but they really need some guidance.
EDIT: I completely forgot the Shanahans and their incompetence too...lost franchise I tell you.
