Are Handhelds = Consoles?

While I agree that both are consoles, I think they are sperated for more than just  "fanboy" reasons as you stated. And then went as far as to say the "ou know, those who can´t accept that the 3ds is the console with highest total sales this generation, even being a portable console, just because its manufacturer is not their favorite brand." even though NO ONE is denying that nor not accepting it. It is quite well known that the 3DS is the console with the highest sales this generation.

People just acknowledge that the PS4 has the highest HOME console sales this generation. While the 3DS has the highest HANDHELD console sales this generation. Heck I coul deven be like you and say there are people who can't accept that the PS4 is number 1 right now so because their home console maker of choice isn't winning they have to switch it up.

But why do that? When it is silly and pointless, all of the companies even seperate the home console and handheld console sales. Even though they are all made to bring them profit they still seperate them. They don't just have "console" sales and that is it. They are different products even in the eys of the creators hence the reason they seperate them...
