I think it'll work as Nintendo said they're planning to use their Mobile games: as an advertisment for the real game that gives sneak peeks of some of the mechanics, I can see it improving the sales for the main series title, I'm shure Pokémon from Pokémon GO will be transferable either on the last Game/s of VI° gen or the first games of VII° gen
