Man, it is Phil Spencer day and the chance for every man out there to openly show what they think. About gaming, MS and ... Well, all the stuff people don't really say in discussions because of possible moderations.
I think we should not overdue it in terms of choice of words and should respect that Phil is still a person and should ask ourselves, even if we don't like him, whether we would say what we write here if we would talk to him in person.
While forums are an opportunity to anonymously tell opinions, there should still be a standard on how we express opinions.
