Was waiting for the GOTY edition after I played through it via EA Access.

EA Access give full games? Always thought it was just some hours.

Yes, EA Access grants you access to full games among other things. The hours you're referring to is a part of their service that allows members to play X hours (usually 12 I believe) of a game about a week prior to release.
