No and they don't need one.PS4 is worth the price as ti is the best console on the market,which is what you are paying for.Dropping the price around Uncharted 4's release would make a bigger impact anyway.With the COD deal,Destiny Bundle and Star Wars bundle the PS4 will sell more this holiday regardless of Halo.I guarantee it.
