Yes, what you said is true but every other big media company knows that this can't be fought head on like nintendo are trying right here.

Take the whole SOPA thing or the Xbox 1 DRM fiasco. 

ofc this can be fought one, who says it couldnt, if someone are uploading videos and earning money of it from a game they didnt buy then its removal. I dont know wich other solution there is, but you people have complained but nothing changes, so its obviously not working
