Xbox One 2016 lineup looking solid

Is Xbox One gonna have PC cross-play? Surprised that there isn't a "PC's 2016 line-up is solid" at this point.
Or a "MGSV is •_•) ( •_•)> ⌐■-■ (⌐■_■) solid" review or something. The latter is neither here nor there.
