The price of a game does not reflect the budget of the game. There's a reason why GTA doesn't cost 150$. Sony priced R&C at 40$ because they think that's how they'll make the most money. Selling more copies but at a reduced price.

Sure, that strategy certainly helped Tearaway sell more copies. R&C is priced at $40 because Sony knows that nobody would be willing to pay full price for that game, so of course it will sell more at $40.

Won't sell much, but definitely more than zero. It's a rehash of a decades old forgotten IP made to be a movie tie-in, I see a great chance of it being terrible and selling terribly.

You say it's forgotten?

That's funny, I was in gamestop last Sunday playing the new demo on ps4 and a mom and her two sons walked in and right away the older son, probably 13-14 looked over and said "they got a new ratchet and clank?"

Then today in best buy, a saw an 8, maybe 9 year old boy playing the Dragon quest heroes demo. He wasn't playing mine craft, or looking at uncharted, cod, battlefield trailers, he was playing Dragon quest!!

So if nobody buys or plays these games, then why we're these two kids so knowledgeable about them and playing them?

Yes it's only two instances, but for you to say ratchet and clank is forgotten is just idiotic.
