With such similar architectures it doesn't make sense to constrain your game on one platform without necessity and pass on the additional sales on the similar platforms. So if Sony / Microsoft / Nintendo aren't paying for exclusivity, the chances were never better that the games are also released on PC.
Who would have thought a few years ago that so many console exclusive games or series and so many Japanese games find their way to PC?
