Splatoon wasn't delayed, neither was Yoshi's Woolly World and SMM never was confirmed for Q1 2015.

Project Guard and Robot were only tech demos, no one should have thought those were actually going to be game of their own.


And as far as we know, XCX is still coming this year...

 

@Samus Aran, Project Guard and Project Giant Robot are still in development actually; see source. Project Guard is co-developed with Platinum Games, although I don't believe the 2015 release window, we haven't heard anything since last E3. Project Giant Robot also mysteriously reappeared on the schedule this June, although it's release date is TBD.
