Would many PS4 exclusives be overlooked in 2016?

It should be fine. It's not the most packed lineup in the history of mankind after all even if it is very strong already!

The only game which could struggle in my eyes is Gravity Rush 2 but the rest should be distinct and marketable enough to avoid that problem.
