When you're making profit and not giving any of it to the people who made the game, its pretty evil.

This so much. People don't realize how much these publishers are investing to make these games and the risk they are running. This is why we are not getting much new ips this generation. Why invest millions if people are just going to buy your games used? This is why I supported the 24 hour check in with the Xbox one. It is like the early colonist once said in USA. If you're not expanding, you're going to explode.
