Solely? I didn't see anything about solely. Anyway, you might say that you can't really know that gender doesn't have anything at all to do with, but if it's a general trend across several thousand employees then it maybe it should ring a bell (I don't have any numbers or anything, just providing examples).

 

Honestly, people pretending like there's no discrimination at all in the west, and that make fun of any attempt to further equality in the west are just as annoying as those that claim there's discrimination everywhere and that make discrimination cases from everything. There's a balance, folks! The world isn't black and white! (This paragraph wasn't really intended at you in particular, just something I notice whenever feminism is discussed on the forum).
