Industry would be without a doubt better without it. If 80% of people didn't buy a game if they couldn't get it used even if they did buy it used the gaming industry gets no money. But gets 20% extra from the others.
It would get everything over to digital quicker aswell.
There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'

2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'
