I'm sorry, but in my world, sold for ~7 billion dollars does not equate giving. Some other 2 billion dollars worth of assets were also sold to other companies. Not given. Sold.

 

But hey, if you consider selling to/merging with another company "giving" your assets to them, then I suppose you're right!
